I am applying my file to CIC as they selected me from the pool but i have the following concern :
my name on the college certificate is coming with father's name so 3 names ( first name+ father + family name ) but on the other documents is only two names ( first name and family name ) without father's name ,
in addition, in some documents they put wrong spiling to the mother's name like E in stead of I ;
do I need to submit affidavit with my application to confirm that all documents are related to the same person (me) ?
I would get one n the same person affidavit n write LOE......I also got the same feedback when I was in a similar situation.
Also, there is a question in form asking if you ever used another name, if you declare yes (like I did), one gets an additional placeholder to upload any relevant documents ( here u can upload the affidavit)........my thoughts
