Hi,
I was wondering
Is a job offer valid while in implied status?
My company has made a request for a new LMIA before the expiring date of my previous work permit.
So do I for my work permit asking for a renewal.
I keep working for the same employer, same conditions under an implied status.
Are the points for the job offer still valid for EE?
