I am currently working on a LMIA exempted work permit and have completed more than 1 year and my company has issued me a valid job offer as well. My current work permit is going to expire soon and my employer has already filed an extension of my work permit for another 3 years. My question is will I be able to claim 50 points for my job offer if my current work permit has expired and I have received an ITA while being in implied status? Thanks in advance for your help and input on this.
