Is 90 days automatically added for COVID reason to submit PR application?

Hello guys, I have a quick question: I received my ITA on May 1st and on the ITA, it said I have 60 days to submit my application but on the timeline for days left to submit, they wrote 91 days left on the day I got my ITA. 1. Please is this normal? Is this something I should be concerned about? 2. Is the extra 30 days due to COVID-19? 3. If I submit after the 60 dyas, will my application be rejected? TIA for your replies.

It clearly states the date before which the application needs to be submitted i.e; 90 days. So dont worry . You have 90 days.

I applied after 60 days (5th July). IRCC gave me 90 days at the time of ITA (1st May).
