Both of us are inland.
File received in Dec of 2017.
Married and called IRCC to combine our 2 files together
1st medical in Feb of 2019
File transferred to Winnipeg IRCC in May of 2019
Got additional docs request and 2nd medical request in July of 2020

Believe it or not, we've got at least 3 times of ghost updates during our processing time. And today I got another one.

No, they will clear file according to submission date.

Shouldn't be, because you got ADR today already. If they let you wait again, that's unacceptable, they don't respect us enough.

I have to disappoint you bro, hundreds of people got ghost updates this afternoon, no matter the files transferred to local or not, no matter when did they submit the file even include someone just submit a couple of months and haven't got medical request yet. so, obviously, that's IRCC website's problem, not because your file is being touched.

its is automated. once you pass eligibility it triggers PAL and RPRF if you haven't already paid. btw people gets updates on Saturdays like DM, BIL i got medical passed on a Saturday.
