This is what I am guessing, As they keep concentrating on other applications such as student or spousal sponsorship, officers may be busy With those applications. This may cause delay in our app as we are in process PR applications with outland spouse/s however applicants with inland spouses getting decisions lately.

Don't arbitrarily say like that if you are just guessing, you may effect others' mood. Nobody knows how do they actually contribute the officers to other types of applications yet. Winnipeg office still continue to have updates for PNP these weeks. Just stay positive, maybe you will see an email tomorrow morning.

Schedule A and travel history for both- pay stubs, employment letter (from the employer that I used to get Nomination and new employer, if applicable), bank statement, T4, Proof of relationship (call logs, pics, etc), and police certificate for spouse
AOR- Dec 2018, Married March 2019- File Transfer Octiver 2019-- ADR Today

I changed 2 jobs and lived 10 months back home (was stuck coz of covid). I could not inform MPNP about a job change or stuff. Do you guys think should I inform mpnp now before submitting ADR ? or just submit ADR as is?
