I sent an email and phone call to them 7 times, all answer was cuz of COVID-19, my case is processing. No helpful info so far. Crying

Good news for you, at least your medical passed, last step should be DM or COPR, but you know nobody can tell when or how long you will get any one of them, you can reference my case, I got a DM on Jan 29, 2020, until now I still waiting for COPR, made a phone call and sent an email over total 13 times, but nothing to me. So god bless us.
