Raised a webform on 4th jan 21......nothing at all. Last week, agent over the phone said no record of my webform yet...I am trying to send again just in case but error 500, web form doesn't work tonight.
I called again this afternoon and agent said I should wait 10 more days.... But I will just send again because I need to send documents before they think it is misrepresentation.

Very ironic. I sent this morning a new webform without document as there is an error 500 and this afternoon at 2 pm, I received a email from ircc confirming they received my webform dated January 4th and that they forward the enclosed documents to the department in charge....

Not sure if they always replied to acknowledge receipt. Anyway that would take one month. When you have something important to submit, that s just confusing to know if they did receive your document.
So I have been submitting the webforms under "PR - online application". Does anyone know if people who are getting replies are submitting under a different category?

I have tried under attaching additional documents so I have received the response within one month. If you select PR on line application then, they don't reply if you are within the prescribed processing time. Hope this works for you as well.

I dont think it will make any difference; I have always raise webform with "PR online application" selection and got response in past, its the just last two months when response delayed way too much. here are my time lines..
