IRCC Webform enquiry

I realized that I uploaded an old version of my spouse work permit and of my letter of employment and I think this could affect my eligibility for the CEC program.
So I want to update the files via IRCC Webform and would like you guys feedback on my enquiry message, please read bellow:

Please accept the attached new Passport/Travel documents copy for my spouse [SPOUSE FULL NAME] and the new Letter of Employment copy for myself [MY FULL NAME]. My wife applied for a work permit extension as her old work permit was valid only until the expiration date of her old passport (Oct 6 2019). She renewed her passport and received a new work permit and I kindly ask you to replace her old Passport/Travel documents copy with a new updated. As for my Letter of Employment I asked my company to review it as their intention to keep me for at least 1 year if I'm accepted as permanent resident was not specified in the letter. I kindly ask you to replace my old Letter of Employment copy with a new updated.

Is this ok? Should I be more specific about something?

Could you please share what was the outcome with IRCC? Did they accept your webform?
I am facing a similar situation. I have sent my updated employment letter and I hope they accept it.

Yep, the IRCC webform was enough and it was updated on my profile

I heard that the eligibility is passed when i receive an email stating( All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment).
IS THIS TRUE ?

From what I am seeing from my friends, once you have the medicals and biometrics updated on your profile, it means that all the rest is good. This is what happened to all my friends here

Yes i have the medicals and biometrics updated on May Fifth in my profile but not reply and updates about four months ,is this good sign?Thank you
