The notes are from IRCC,
I already ordered and received 3 times in my entire timeline, most latest one was October request and nothing started in my application for LPP
Its with Scarborough office, most specifically I noticed from other forum that some other people as well who handled by same officer/office got stuck with no updates.
Interestingly just found out today that for every item was assigned to RC-8090 (CPC-Sydney), But assigned by local office/officer CK22809

And at the last page for the detailed report what codes do you have under created by and which office and what was the last and first code and by which office
