Under what circumstances would IRCC request for a copy of all pages of my valid passport? I am December 2019 inland spousal sponsorship applicant. Medical done in September 2020, Biometric done in November 2020, provide evidence of co-habitation with my wife in Canada & submit evidence of my Travel History from CBSA on December 28th, 2020.........And now, they ask for all copy of all pages of my valid passport. I really want to know why?

I don't know, but if the pages are all blank, not much to worry about.
As I understand CBSA records were not 'complete' until relatively recently (in that they did not have complete capture of all entry/exits). Could be just double-checking.
just give them what they asked for, it’s a bit irritating to ask for such documents, don’t give an idiot officer a reason to put you into problem. I have never heard of this type of requests and 100% certain is not in their policies & procedures. Some of them sometimes just expose their incompetence by how they act
