We received the email from IRCC with the invitiation to the PR Portal - Feb 3rd 2023
Replied the same day with details request - Feb 3rd 2023

Waiting for login details so that we can upload the photo.

Anyone know long should we expect this to take, to get the login details? Anyone in the same position?

Many people are at this stage.

If you search for eCOPR, there are multiples threads in the forum that people are self reporting their timelines. Please have a look to see what current time frames are, I’ve seen anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks.

Thought I would share my timeline and experience.
Photo and address submitted Feb 7
Photo did not meet requirements, warning came up that the brightness was too light or too dark, but we submitted anyway
Address approved and ECOPR generated Feb 16
Card status updated to Approved in GCKEY March 18
Status shows card has been mailed
Photo still shows under review in portal
