It happens every weekend. Best not to use the new portal on weekends. It is buggy as hell.
Hi there. I have created an account on the IRCC portal this very sunday night. When I was invited to create an application - Visitor Visa - I was given an error message. Is it really an error happening only on weekends ?

Same error again, tried password reset, cookies clearing, new account creation too, seems nothing is moving ahead

I have also seeing the same error since last 24 hours. No update from ircc when it will be fixed. Anyone if found solution or fix please do share

I am trying to open the application for visitor visa and getting same error message as well. On error page it says you can try to refresh the page, when I did it, it created 2 new applications showing in progress. please advise if anyone had success loading the application in portal. thanks

Today I opened my account in the IRCC new portal. I can log-in to my account, but when I click Apply for a visitor visa I get following error message:

I believe it is still down. It is not weekend anymore, I read few members' response in the conversation saying it does not work on weekends. Please advise if anyone had luck opening the application in portal.

Weekdays after 10:00am EST works most of the time.

Ok. It looks like this is happening only during weekends. This monday afternoon, it was on line.

Hello, I applied for visitor visa for Canada in IRCC new portal. I have completed the information details for myself but when I tried to enter the add member for my spouse in the group table the following message is showing and I cannot add any information of my spouse. Can anyone please help ?
