I think they're taking a minimum of 6 months to process the applications, even if their website shows 5 months.
Waiting is so hard knowing we are already approved, they even issued the COPR number, don't know why they aren't sending the email.

Yes I think you are right about processing time but I thought processing time starts from completion of application to approval which is eCOPR. Anyways do you know your VO right now?
 
No I don't know my VO. How can I know my VO?
I am guessing Etobicoke since it's closer, I'm in Mississauga, Ontario, but not sure if it works this way.

I do not know mine too. It should be Vancouver I guess. When I called ircc last week to know the update, I also asked where is my file now to which the agent said our Montreal office issues portal 1 email so my understanding is that right now VO is Montreal.
