I had my status changed to in line for processing on 31st Aug. It has changed to Assessing on 3rd Oct.

It appears our changes are similar, as mine changed from in line for processing to accessing on the 3rd of October as well.

Ditto. Mine was stuck on 'in line for processing' since August 31st. Today it has finally changed to Assessing!

It's changed to "Final Review"...though it isn't fluctuating yet...

My status had changed to in line for processing on 4th september and no changes since then.

I'm in the same situation.... My application has been in line for processing since 4th of September.... The waiting is killing

You need to following this steps:
People in fluctuation stage you just need to right click on final review and copy link

In the link change Document/DownloadApplicationForm/ to Document/DownloadApplicationFormFromPortal?id= and paste in browser, make sure you are signed into your account before

eg. if link is https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS/Document/DownloadApplicationForm/e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03

change it to https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS/Document/DownloadApplicationFormFromPortal?id=e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03

and paste it in your browser. I don't why would someone keep it secret and keep responding to messages

I think they have patched this loophole. i could not get it to work. Sigh

Name on my degree certificate is ABHISHEK PARIJA and name on my all official docs it is ABHISEK PARIJA.
There is an additional H in my degree certificate name. Will that be an issue ?
What should i do in this case ?

so you would notice how usually when you land on the application page, the status always sort of fluctuation for like a nanosecond. Over there, once your file is ready, upon landing on the page you would see 'completed' for a sec and then it would turn back to 'final review'. That, my friend, is a fluctuating status.
