IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Hey guys.I got my report yesterday .Here is my timeline.
3/72020.Transcript reached IQAS from my school via DHL
13/7, IQAS AOR mail and placed in line for processing
22/7, status changed to final Review.
28 /7 (last night)reached flunctuation stage so I immediately downloaded my Report with the link I got from this group. Report completion date was 23/7,2020.

Application accepted - 23rd May 2020
Documents receipt - 28th may 2020
Inline for processing - 3rd june 2020
Assessing - 16th july 2020
Final review - 30th july 2020

Downloaded reports don't have signatures.
You have the IMM number for profile creation. Do that and in the meantime wait for ITA. After that, by the time you need to submit the scans of the documents, you should have received the hard copy.

Thanks,Thats good information. ITA seems to be long way as I am in between 450 to 460 but will hope for the best. Having a profile created is in fact advantageous as we never know what is going to happen ahead with FSW draws and associated cutoffs !!

Yeah right. We don't know what the cutoffs will be. So profile creation is better sooner than later.

Hello there! Below are my dates with IQAS for ECA -

Application submitted - 8th July 2020
Application received - 13th July 2020
Documents (UG) submitted - via Truecopy - 15th July 2020 (Truecopy sent an acknowledgement from IQAS on 22nd July 2020)
Documents (PG) delivered - via Courier - 24th July 2020

Status as on 28th July 2020 - Pending and Waiting for transcripts.

Can I send my transcripts from any Indian university to IQAS using truecopy? Can someone who has used truecopy please help with the process?

You can't send from 'any' Indian university. The first step would be to check with your university if they are okay to share it via Truecopy.

My IQAS timeline is as follows:-

Application submit	17-06-2020​	0​

Final Review	31-07-2020​	20​

It has not reached the fluctuation step yet, but I hope in next week it will be completed.
For my bachelors I mailed the the hard copy, myself.
For my Post grad, my institute emailed the transcripts to IQAS, which was accepted the next day.

So over all IQAS has really completed this fast.

I think it totally depends on how fast your university responds to the correspondence sent by IQAS for verification.

I have applied to IQAS through alternative method ( uploaded photos of transcripts) on May 28th. On July 30th, it moved to on-hold and i see the "Upload Requested documents" is active now. I did not receive any request for specific documents. Do i need to upload all of them again or only specific ones.

Already dropped a mail to them but received a general response. Did anyone face similar situation earlier.

It will be more appropriate if your university sends the transcript from their official Mail ID (mail id should not be generic like gmail or yahoo)
Regarding your upload documents, IQAS will send you the query mail just wait of 4-5 working days.
