How long does it normally take to reach the fluctuation stage from final review? Please note, I have 2 credentials that needs to be assessed. Will the time taken depend on number of credentials too?

Generally it will take 15-20 days to get you eca when you are in final review. Due to covid situation, It might delay. Let's hope for the best.

You must be in final review. I don't understand why it's being delayed. Generally it will take 1 month time max. As per past experienced, it took 1 month time max.
