My status was going exactly like yours.
Today, status got changed from final review to fluctuation (reflected completed for a moment and again changed to final review). Downloaded file using trick given in the thread and received ECA report. My journey successfully ended with IQAS. Final outcome: SCDL PGDBA is equivalent to a university diploma.

How much time did it take to change from final review to fluctuation.

AOR 1 & 2: December 10, 2019
In line for processing: December 10, 2019
Final review: January 22, 2020

Approximately when will this change to fluctuation mode so I can download the soft copy of the report?

My final review stage came on 15th Jan.

Today I used the trick to view my report.
It only lists my Bachelor's degree in both the sections ( in India and compared to in Canada). Nothing is mentioned about my Masters Degree. Is that my final report? Or should I wait for an update?
Does this mean they haven't posted the complete result or have not received my Masters docs ?

Please suggest.
