My docs were delivered to IQAS on July 6th yet the status is "submitted" only since i made the payment. Havent received the AOR

you can get AOR around 6th Nov to 20th Nov..That is my assumption.Sometimes they take so long.Did your transcripts reach ?Have you confirmed their delivery status?

AOR1 received: Sep 28, 2019 | Status : Pending waiting for transcripts since this date

My application consists of 3 envelopes:
1st - Application sent from India
2nd - BCom transcripts sent from India (delivered May 22)
3rd - ACCA transcripts sent from UK (delivered June 6)

It has been a long time since status is in Pending state. Can anyone please advice whether I should contact IQAS or not?? If yes how??

You need to call IQAS. I had a similar issue till I called and clarified things to them though in my own case application and transcripts were sent in the same envelope.
