Wait for Monday I guess. Its Sunday and about 8pm in Edmonton as of now. The status changes on working days, rarely happens on non working ones.

Just wait for 2 to 3 weeks for the final report.
Fluctuations can occur any day within 2 weeks. Rarely, it takes about a month.

People in fluctuation stage you just need to right click on final review and copy link

In the link change Document/DownloadApplicationForm/ to Document/DownloadApplicationFormFromPortal?id=and paste in browser, make sure you are signed into your account before

eg. if link is https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS/Document/DownloadApplicationForm/e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03

change it to https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS/Document/DownloadApplicationFormFromPortal?id=e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03

and paste it in your browser.

They start the process as soon as they receive the required documents. The timing depends on the processes that are still pending on the file.

Not this one am afraid. It was exactly the same case where credential was missing in report even though all the documents pertaining to it were delivered.

You're probably doing something wrong. Please check every minute detail and try again.
It's either that, or you don't have a fluctuating state yet.

Edit : did you remove the slash (/) from the link?

yes i was doing it wrong. Now one more question, can i fill my ECC aplication now or ill have to wait for the email from IQAS. Also i have applied for my wife's ECA via MCC.

So, Is it possible that i fill my application now and have xx score and then edit the application to add my wifes qualifcation later to increase my score?

I won't do that until the final report is with me.
Wait for it to get mailed, and download again from the provided link.
If you're primary applicant, you can create a profile without your spouse's ECA report, and add it later when you receive it.

Don't remember the outcome, but as I said, IQAS should be able to sort this out. Just wait for status to change to mailed and you are good to contact them.
