Hi all. I very new in the group. can some one help me on the below doubts listed.

1) I am sending my apllication to IQAS is it madatory that we should use a brwon cover or a cloth cover to send the documents and which courier services are best in India to send the documents to canada.

2) My university says that they cannot courier the documents and said that they will only handover the documents to me and i should do it as if they did it ( like from address wil be their name and i just take it to courier office and pay for it) and suggestions on how to do this?

3) As per my understanding 2 couriers should reach canada IQAS against my application
first one will be the one which university have to send with my transcripts and also REQUEST FOR ACADEMIC RECORDS form included in the same courier.
second one will be the one with another set of documents which will have all my educational documents right from my schooling to MBA and my passport xerox, application form of IQAS with payment receipt and check list and i should send this couirer and sender name will be mine.Plz correct me if I am wrong.

sorry for the lengthy post but tried lot of other channels to get the answers but failed.

u r inputs will be much appreciated.thanks in advance

A brown cover or envelope is not necessary. I packed my documents in transparent plastic packs (used by fabric resellers for packing sarees) to pack my two sets of documents and went to courier service (DHL, FedEx, all are good, delivery times ranging 3 to 5 days). They use their own envelopes for final packing. Remember mentioning your file number on top.

One of my two credentials have a similar story. I took the transcripts from the office, went to the nearest courier provider, mentioned sender as university and paid for it. Transcripts were accepted.

As you're going to show that the transcripts are being sent by university itself, two different couriers should be sent, one from you and other from university, preferably on different days.
Send the application now if it is complete, then get the transcripts and send them from near the university campus mentioning sender as university.
Final review as of now.
 
April 9 - Documents delivery
August 6 - AOR 1 & 2
September 13 - Final Review.
With current trend, please any idea when I can get ECA?

Another quick question - iam sending my documents today. Are APPLICATION REQUEST FORM and APPLICATION FORM one and the same.
