Is there anyone who might have got their PGDM (1 year full time) recognized as Masters by IQAS. I am on 434 with 2 or more degrees evaluated by WES and would improve the points if I get it recognized as Masters. Although I feel chances are bleak. Final review stage since Feb 11.
PGDM is considered as post graduation diploma and not masters unless specified by IQAS. Check country wise information.
Some PGDM are considered as masters and others as pg diploma as far as I know
a very amazing thing i heard from a customer support representative today when I called them.
I asked her that my case status is in line for processing since 30th July so how much time it will take.
She gave a stupid reply and hang up the phone.
She said it will take 20weeks after the status change to In line for processing.
First of all they are not answering the call and when they are answering then they are ready to give this type of reply.

Definitely HEC attestation required but the envelope needs to go from where????
Sealed by HEC or sealed by Punjab University??
Earlier i did through WES and i sent by myself but sealed by HEC and IBCC. But i am trying IQAS also.

the time taken for iQAS is 5 to 6 months. it will take nearly 4 months to acknowledge documents.so the time taken may eventually come to nearly 6 months.
How do IQAS folks assess Bachelor's of Arts (BA) degree from India alone.
WES gave it 2 year undergraduate diploma. Does IQAS give it as a bachelor's degree? Needed for a friend, spouse is Masters in Computer Application and will be primary applicant in this case. Friend wants to add as much points as possible to the profile.

so it looks like IQAS screwed me. As I have mentioned in previous posts, I sent my transcripts along with my application, however, I just received AOR1, but no AOR2. They have opened the package on Aug 19, and sent me AOR1. But so far, no AOR2. I called them, customer care agent asked me to send an email, which I did. After that, no response. Then, I followed up, they say that query has been forwarded to IQAS, they will respond when they can.
so FML... I think, the next best option I have is that I have to resend my transcripts and wait for another 4-5 months to get AOR2.
very disappointed... I am gonna spend this whole year in just waiting for freaking ECA...
