Expression of interest does not incur any charges. Profile creation is free.
After ITA, when required documents are submitted, you have to pay application fee CAD550 for the process to start. Additionally, CAD490 as Right of PR fee can be submitted along application fee or later.

Finally can see some change in IQAS login. Below are the timelines:

Application submitted: 26-Mar-2019.
Documents received by IQAS: 10-April-2019.
AOR: 07-Aug-2019.
AOR 2: ??? (No update yet)

Guys any idea how long i need to wait from here to get the final report from IQAS?

THere is only one step..

1. Wait!!!!

Your emails wont speed up your process neither will you receive proper update. Their response is generic unless the normal timeframe has been crossed.

Since your docs delivered on 9 April. Wait till 15 Aug, you may receive an update.

You're right on track. Expect AOR2 within 10 days.

You need to share your transcripts. I got my five year law degree evaluated and it is ''professional degree required to practice in a licensed profession's.
