In parallel my documents and university transcript had arrived to IQAS on 11 July 2019.
However, my application status still no update on application received date.
Is it normal ?

Expect the AOR by November. Now they are opening applications delivered around 1st week of April

My bachelor's transcript was delivered on the 29th of March, but, I haven't received any update. However, my master's transcript was delivered in the last week of May and both my degrees are mentioned under the same application. Will my documents go in the line for processing when they pick up both my transcripts?

Yes, it does after all the documents are with them.
My bachelor's was delivered on 11th March and master's on 28th March. I got AOR2 according to latest delivery (as did my spouse, master's on 5th March and bachelor's on 15th).

You can do it yourself. There's no bound that the university needs to send the transcripts.

Hello,
I forgot to send the means of identification ( international passport) in the application envelope sent to IQAS. Can I still send it, or do I need to wait for IQAS to complain about it, plus is there is way I can submit it on the portal. I need an answer pls.
