THere is only one step..

1. Wait!!!!

Your emails wont speed up your process neither will you receive proper update. Their response is generic unless the normal timeframe has been crossed.

Since your docs delivered on 9 April. Wait till 15 Aug, you may receive an update.

I have a question. My bachelor degree is from Pakistan and my masters degree is from Australia. I did not attest my bachelor's degree from HEC. Will it be a problem in assessment? If someone got an assessment without HEC attestation in 2019, please let me know. Thank you
