My timeline for IQAS evaluation:

*Online Submission: 7th January 2019.
*Documents delivered by DHL (including sealed envelope from uni in the same package): 14th January 2019

No sign of AOR 1 and AOR 2 yet. Anyone in the same boat with a similar timeline?

My Documents were delivered on 8th and 10th January. I am also waiting for AOR. I will message you once I will receive it.

When did you application moved to final review ?

My Timeline:

Documents delivered: 29th November
AOR 1 & 2: 17th February
in-line for processing: 8th March
final review: 9th March
completed (fluctuation): 15th April

My Documents were delivered on 8th and 10th January. I am also waiting for AOR. I will message you once I will receive it.

Guys. My documents delivered on 22nd Jan. I contacted IQAS and received a response as they are opening December documents only and still they have not opened my documents.! It will take 20 weeks it seems.

Yes I am in same boat. My timeline is pretty close to yours.
Even I have not received any AOR yet

I am currently in Final Review stage since 28th March and 4th April respectively for my wife and me.
Any idea by when can I expect it to go into fluctuating stage ... And also how to tell if it's fluctuating.

Once you login inside the website and click on the check application status you can see status is completed for a second or two before switching to final review. If it does not happen like that for you you have to wait for some more time. Usually it takes 20 to 30 days for the status to be changed from final review to the fluctuation status

Hi guys,
My wife's documents with transcripts reached IQAS by 22 November 2018. Status changed to final review on 07 March 2019. But still not changed to fluctuation stage.!!!!

I see for many of you having almost the same timeline have change in their status.. it's confusing and frustrating...
When I mailed IQAS, I got a reply from them asking me to wait till June 02... Without any reasons. Dont know when I'm going to receive the report!!!????

Aor 1 received. 19 April
Status waiting for transcripts
All of them have been sent by the 10jan. I hope I receive the send aor 2 by this week aswell
