Currently my application status is in line processing. Can anyone suggest how much time will it take IQAS to finalize the process.

They have not updated their processing time from almost a month now.
1750 applications, 18 weeks.
Earlier, I suppose it was 2500 applications, 9 weeks.

Cannot comprehend that.

I'm still unable to comprehend why they take this long. What exactly is it that they do in the whole process. Is it that they conduct field assessment or what? I can hazard a guess that already have set parameters for credentials they receive ans can summarily tell what Canadian equivalency they will award. Moreso, they have country guides on qualifications submitted to them. I already know what to expect.

The most exasperating part is the lack of communication. They should work on this. Give prompt updates. I would like to see a situation where you inform me that you've received my applications and I have no outstanding documents. It is very painful for anyone to find out aftee 60 days plus that there was a mix up down the line. I really hope they improve.

Because of the points at stake though, I am willing to wait, as I do not intend to enter the EE pool earlier than July.

Status changed to : Assessing on 8th Feb,2019.

Status changed to : Final Review on 11th February, 2019.

My status now keeps fluctuating from Final Review to Complete .

When do you’ll think I can expect my ECA ??

They have sent out reports for those with final review date around 6th-7th Feb. So yours is round the corner. My guess is latest by next weekend you should be able to see.

2 months for Aor, and 4-5 months for assessment... On an average 6 months

No i guess its more than 3 months for AOR these days and total process is around 8 months. Which may increase

Thanks for the info.. 18 weeks :s... I believe it wont take that long.. what I can see on this forum it takes around two months after AOR for final review.

I've tracked last 20 applications:

AOR 1 took

1. 49-59 days for the docs received in Oct'18
2. 83-85 days for docs received in Nov'18
3. 90-92 days for docs received in Dec'18

So the time for AOR 1 is increasing with every month passing by.

Facing the same issue. My status was changed to Final Review on 9th Feb and now its fluctuating from Complete to Final Review and status date is changed again to 5th March
