din any of u send the original transcripts to IQAS and got them back in the same envelope with the hard copy? I was expecting iqas to return the original transcripts, but they did not.

Because it is an original document and they state that they return all the originals.

Transcripts wont hold any value, if the envelope is open..
Iqas would have definitely opened it right ..
And that's not as such original... It's attested document in a way...

ok....i was reffering to the Statement of Marks. My University only issues one original and it was sent to iqas.

Here in my country, we request the statement of marks to university... They will attest and seal it...
We can get N number of such copies...

Not sure why u sent original copy...
Anyways they should return it.. contact them

Were there any specific requirements for degrees from Moscow?
Also, when did you receive your AOR2?

My AOR2 was dated 26th june.
No i don't think so there were any special requirements, i have contacted the univeristy, even they are unaware of this format. Lets see what they come upto

I've almost similar timeline:
July 23 - Docs (degree + transcripts) dispatched by DHL
July 25 - Docs received at IQAS

What do you guys think, can I get AOR2 by this week?

I received AOR1 yesterday (August 24). You might have received too.

ECA (Soft Copy) = 25 August 2018 ( 9 weeks 2 days from AOR2) {evaluated dates = 15 Aug 2018}

I had my Secondary, Higher Secondary, Bachelor(4yr) and Masters degree (1yr) evaluated.... and yes all have been equivallated to expectations ...
