IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Anybody recieved AOR in 1st week of April and has not received ECA.
MY AOR 2 : April 09.
ECA: Waiting

I'm also waiting for my ECA after my 2nd AOR on12 Apr. I sent applications for both immigration and educational purposes. Maybe that’s why they take so long

Do transcripts/mark sheets have to be sent directly by the school to IQAS?
Yes. IQAS needs to verify that your credentials are authentic so your school must send your transcripts directly to IQAS in a sealed envelope. Use the Request of Academic Records form on our website to ask your school to send your transcripts. In cases where the issuing institution cannot send transcripts directly to IQAS, they may provide you with a sealed envelope with your attested transcripts enclosed which may be couriered by you to our office. The envelope must remain sealed, and has to be stamped with the institution's official seal across the back flap.

Thanks! I submitted a query on IQAS website and got an email which has the same answer as you've quoted above. So, that answers the question, and it should be possible to send transcripts myself as long as those are in sealed and stamped envelopes provided by the university

I have couriered the documents consolidated to iqas on 17th April. This has been delivered on 24th April as per DTDC tracking. However, I have not received any email till now. Any suggestions please....

Approx 35-40 days from 24th april.

Finally received my ECA soft copy this morning. Here’s my timeline.

28 Feb: All documents delivered by DHL
3 Apr: 1st AOR
11 Apr: 2nd AOR
17 May: ECA soft copy

Approximately, it took me 5 weeks to get the soft copy from the 2nd AOR.
FYI, I had my bachelor’s and Master’s degrees assessed.

I also have applied for ECA for education for which no updates have been provided since the first AOR.

And one question! Can I get into the EE pool before I get the hard copy?

Hi Friends,

I have a query. I have done Bachelor of Engineering from University of Mumbai and 2 Yr. Executive MBA from ITM Kharghar. WES has issued ECA as "Masters from non-recognized institution". This has drastically reduced my EE points. I have already maxed on the IELTS so getting the MBA recognized is the best option as of now (apart from studying French or doing another MBA).

I would like someone to confirm the following:

1. I will collect the Sealed envelope from University of Mumbai for my Bachelors, which will include my Degree certificate too.
2. I will collect the transcripts from my MBA institution in sealed envelope.

I will add the above two envelopes in a single envelope and send the same with the application form. identity document and payment receipt to IQAS for ECA.

Also including the Academic Request form is it Mandatory.

Please provide guidance to proceed further,

Can you please share what was the equivalency given? I have done my EMBA for ITM Kharghar and given for WES evaluation. But after reading your post i feel i have wasted my money and time both.
