Hi All,

Can somebody help understand if I can have my Bachelor's assessed by WES and Master's assessed by IQAS and then use both post profile creation in CIC? Reason being, my bachelor's is recognized by WES but if I want to increase points then IQAS is helpful.

University sent soft copies on Jun 25th, Status changed to ‘In line for processing’ on 29th june. Status again changed to Assessing on July 3rd. Since then, no updates.

It is still quite fast movement, I pray it gets completed soon.

Did you attach any self declaration that the University will be sending the transcripts through email.

Just send your masters degree to IQAS that will be sufficient, I also did the same and got Masters equivalency for my pgdm.

Thanks. One more thing...I already have the credentials as assessed by WES and in my initial request with WES, I had selected the option that my assessment be sent to other provinces. Now, when I will have IQAS assessment, can I change from WES to IQAS? Is there an option to do that in CIC portal? Also, do i need to have my bachelor's evaluated by IQAS or just the Post graduation degree?

I sent only my PGDM degree and it was mailed to IQAS directly by my college. Sending two degrees might increase your processing time specially if one of the degree has to be sent physically.

I do not see any requirements listed in IQAS login for sending documents to IQAS e.g. WES states the front and back flap should be sealed, reference no. to be included, etc. what all shall i inform my University to include in the transcript package to be sent to IQAS? Please guide.

If thats ok with you could you mention your university name, as the well known universities already know the process as many students in the past have asked to submit transcript to college. My PDGM is from NITIE Mumbai, I had called at the college informed about the my requirement. Post that they e-mailed the transcript to IQAS and my application was processed within a month.

IQAS has mentioned the guidelines, I will suggest you create your account on IQAS first, as information is clearly mentioned, while submitting the form.

Hi All,

In the application form I selected mail option for sending the transcripts, but my University sent the same through official email directly to IQAS. My status changed to "Your online application package and transcripts have been matched" on the same day that they received the transcripts through email. I checked the meaning of this status and it corresponds to "Received".

It has been a week and there is no change since then. I usually saw from comments that if the transcripts are sent directly by University, status changes to "in line for processing" on the same day.

Is it not happening as I have specified a different method for transcript delivery then what has been used. If so, will I have to tell IQAS the same so that they do not expect other documents to come.

Has anyone faced similar issue.

Can anyone tell me the recent timeline of IQAS July 27 my status changed to pending my university sent transcripts on june 24 through courier after how many days it will changed to in line processing?

I have a few questions on the process. While you were uploading the final degree online, did you choose your academic credential as a 'degree' or 'diploma'?
Also, is yours a full-time PGDM 2 year course?
