My results are:
The bachelors degree generally compares to the completion of a four year Bachelor of Arts Honours degree with a focus in international relations.

The Postgraduate Certificate generally compares to the completion of a Graduate Certificate with a focus in international relations.

Does this mean I am eligible for the 'two or more certificates' points?

Can you pls share the institute and batch details of your Postgraduate Certificate

I have my Postgraduate Certificate completed from SCDL 2017-2018 bacth and applied for IQAS ECA. Worried if it will be recognized or not.

People in fluctuation stage you just need to right click on final review and copy link
In the link changeDocument/DownloadApplicationForm/ to Document/DownloadApplicationFormFromPortal?id=and paste in browser, make sure you are signed into your account before
eg. if link is https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS...tionForm/e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03
change it to https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS...ortal?id=e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03
and paste it in your browser.

My status today changed to final review . I just wanted to understand now how many more stages are there to get the final report?
And what is this fluctuating stage? And how will I come to know that I am in fluctuating stage?

Can I extract my report now at the final review stage?

If you're reapplying, make sure you attach the printout of the reply from the university (LPU) concerning UGC status.

Okay ..As of now I am trying to find out process for reassessment .Thank you so much for the help.

Downloaded the report through the trick, thanks to @rajapanesar.
As expected, I got masters equivalency for 2 years BCOM and 3.5 years MBA.

even i got the error using this... Does it require specific browser?

If its still in final review, and not saying complete for a while and then reverting back to final review, the method will fail. Wait a little longer.
