I called them yesterday and the gentleman picked call said we are opening the documents which we received till 8th Jan and same they sent to me over email also

Why lie...... I am sure they are aware that people are connected through forums and knows which date courier they have opened

Just from the way the AOR's received in this thread, looks like they are processing received mails in batches by week rather than sequentially by date. Since I received it with Jan 23rd and the other post from Jan 30th, you should be definetely be receiving it in the next 2 or 3 days.

It is very clear that the processing team and the call center are totally disconnected. They do not seem to have real time info, rather provided with an occasional update. That's my 2 cents on why we get stock response and varied response on call and email.

wow... thats too much just for first AOR... my hopes are getting diminished to get early ECA... mine application and masters docs reached on 28-Feb...
Unfortunately my bachelors docs are still on the way and probably reach this week...

is there any way by which i can ask IQAS to ignore bachelors and only process masters ??

upto which date now call center is telling?
i read stock email says upto 8-jan

i read above now that even call center is saying 8-Jan...

so can i assume its taking 1.5 months between delivery and first AOR... what about final ECA after AORs?

Seeing the current trend in forum looks like they are providing Softcopy after 3 weeks of AOR although it can go up easily ...

AORs take a bit of time currently its like 1.5 Months or 6 weeks approximately. ECA on the other hand can be managed within 3 weeks.

I think you can call them and forward your query but I would suggest to get the evaluation for both the Bachelors and Masters. be patient a bit

Today I received my ECA Hard copy as well. But I am disappointed. Today wasted my IELTS first attempt. wasted PKR 27500/-
