I got the same mail too. I got my second AoR on the 21st of December btw.

I got my 2nd AOR on 18th December....but still waiting for this last mail of ECA...

Smart! I'll make my husband do it too. I am upset that we are both, from the same university, sent our documents in one package, and his is still not arrived whereas mine was emailed to me on the 6th of feb? Very strange. Either Iqas isn't working in an order or they are very short on staff.

Looks like for yours they only took 6 weeks after the AOR!

Well looking at people's timeline they might take 2 more weeks to just send the email with ECA soft copy. So it'll be 8-9weeks only.

Was your second AOR on the 3rd jan? Then it’s pretty quick for you

Doesn't feel quick at all. I sent documents in November. I got AOR only after 7 weeks. Now it's just a update email. It'll take 2more weeks to get the actual ECA.

...and IQAS sends my ECA softcopy!!!! It was sent on the 15th of February, 2017, 10pm Nigerian time.
Below is my timeline:
Application sent via DHL: 11 October, 2017
Application submitted: 13 October, 2017.
AoR for Application: 14 November, 2017.

Transcript sent via DHL: 14 November, 2017.
Transcript summited: 17 November, 2017.
AoR for transcript: 21 December, 2017.

Mail stating completion of my ECA (after several enquiries): 14 February, 2018.

ECA softcopy: 15 February, 2018!.

This is the mail I sent to them every two days (they take two days to respond anyway):

Hello, I received my second AoR email on the 21 of December, 2017, and I would like to know if my ECA has been completed. I have a feeling it has been completed actually.

My file number is----------.

The email addresses are:
lbr.iqas@gov.ab.ca and LBR.Immigration-Info@gov.ab.ca

The first email gives a more precise response, while the second gives the standard 12 weeks response.

21Nov - 1st Aor
14 Dec - 2nd Aor
30 Jan - called I iqas.. they said file is not yet assigned..
9 Feb - File under process as confirmed on phone
16 Feb - ECA in the email

My courier company confirmed that IQAS received my documents by 13 Jan, Called them yesterday and they said that they have opened the file and are working on it. how much time will it take to complete the process any idea. By the way i complete my form online and didn't receive forst or second AOR.

Similar is the case with me. Paid fees online, my form reached there on 30th Dec while University documents reached on 9th of Jan. I neither get first nor second aor. Haven't called them as yet but sent them email but only standard

I already got my bachelors degree evaluated from WES . Now I need to get my PGDM evaluated from IQAS .

Do I need to get my Bachelors degree evaluated again by IQAS ?

I have the sealed transcripts for PGDM from my Institution (IMT CDL India ) . Can I send the sealed documents myself ?

You can send the docs your self.

its your choice to send both the credentials for ECA

It takes 4 weeks after your documents reach there to get the first AOR. When you get the second AOR confirming receipt of your academic documents the 12 weeks processing time starts. It is possible to get a single email confirming the receipt of application form and academic documents, in this case you wont be getting a second confirmation email.
