My documents were delivered by 10 Jan but I haven’t received any confirmation or email or any sort for it. Any guesses when they will do it.

It generally takes 1-2 months.

Hey guys, in order to apply for the express entry pool and, after the ITA, to apply for PR, is it necessary to have the ECA hard copy or just the soft copy will do? Thank you all.

Hard copy is not required at any stage. However, when u reach canada airport. People advice to carry hard copy to be on safer side. ( As per my knowledge).

Timeline:
Mail was delivered: 05-Nov-18
AOR1 : 25-Dec-18 20 weeks
AOR 2: pending....



"Thank you for applying to the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) for an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for immigration purposes. This email is to confirm that your application wasreceived by the IQAS office.


Once the academic documents you requested from your institution(s) arrive in our office, we will send you a second email and your file will be placed in line for processing".


The univeristy sent Transcrtips on 15 Nov 18. I hope it will take a few days to issue AOR2.

It depends on when the documents reach IQAS. it is taking 45-60 to receive AoR.

ECA is under process from IQAS.

My last doc was reached on 3 Oct.
I have done BCA regular from PTU and MCA distance from PTU.

I have 2 questions:

1.I didn't get any AOR until so when will I get ?

2. My MCA is for 2 years and distance, will they consider masters as same or what ?

Please reply for both queries

You should have received AoR by now. If not, try logging in on IQAS website and check the status of your ECA.
IQAS generally gives masters for MCA (distance too).

Cannot be sure as I heard not just their website, their way to evaluate degrees also changed. Try checking your CRS using both masters and two or more degrees as an option and make further plans.

But in my account /online portal the link to view/download report is unavailable.

I can see the status MAILED but there is no option where it's mentioned to download/see online report
Could you please guide.

when you login to your iqas account there is an option of check application status when you click there it takes you to a page where it shows status under which its written final review or mailed or inline processing right next to it there is an option which says view certificate if you click on it - it downloads your report. it does not download report if you have a pop up blocker so look at the upper right corner of your screen on chrome or whatever browser you are using. your popups might have been blocked due to which it is not downloading.

check your browser settings popups must have been blocked.

75 days after receiving docs
They confirm with aor2.
Aor1 they send with aor2 if you have sent both application and transcripts together

Today, 29th January 2019 status changed from assessing to the final review for AOR received on 19th October 2018

My application submitted: August 6, 2018
IQAS Confirmation received: August 24th, 2018
AOR1 Received : September 20th 2018
AOR2 Received : October 1st 2018
Status changed to Assessing : January 20th 2019.
It's really a long journey. Hopefully can get my ECA soon.

Hi Yogi24, just to update you, finally my status has changed to "Final Review" this morning. That means now my waiting is only for the upload of soft copy and the reference number for the application of EE ? TIA!

Just to update that I have received my soft copy of my ECA today. My status changed from "Assessing" to "Final Review" on the 24th of January and received my soft copy on the 29.01.2019. Cheers!
