I am sure the person picking up the phone has no idea about your particular case...they just have a standard reply..I read somewhere that they told one person to wait for 6 more weeks..but he got his ECA soft copy the next day.
I think we should just sit back and relax..no point in calling if actually they cant track anything.
Correct! My husband called yesterday asking about his ECA & he recieved the same standard response of 12-13 weeks. He told the operator that his wife received hers within 7 weeks then how come his is delayed, even though we sent everything in one package. She has no idea.

I somehow feel sending periodic emails may expedite your case. However calling them is the worst experience to have, because the customer service guys aren't aware of the process & only check the status from their system. We are also worried about husband's 1.5 years MBA degree however, they aren't ready to divulge any information on that on the phone.
