For everyone’s interest, they are going on a long Christmas break and there will be nothing moving between 22nd Dec - 1st Jan.

Notice: Our office will be closed over the holiday season from December 22, 2018 to January 1, 2019. We will reopen on January 2, 2019.

Yes, that's with all departments across the country.

Yeah, Christmas vibes! I hope their officers won't take much leaves before the Dec. 22nd , and will try to expedite the ECAs.

It seem the new portal launch has further delayed the overall process as it still has alot of bugs and many sections of the portal for both new applicants or existing applicants aren’t responding accurately.

I would say they won't make any exclusive changes to their testing system, delay is fine as long as distance learning is assessed unlike WES.

I think people must have received ECAs after Nov 26th, but either they are too busy with their post ECAs thing that they forgot to update here or may be IQAS fixed the dates (e.g. twice in a month) to send the ECAs (just a random stupid guess). I also try to keep an eye at - https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/educational-credential-assessment but seems no updates by anyone off-lately.

I am not an assessor so can't expedite things for you, but really wish and pray for you to get your ECA before your Birthday to avoid loss of 5 golden points.

IQAS: (no email to reach out to. but ppl on the phone are nice)
April 21 - post office showed deliver status of my application.
May 4 - this is the date IQAS should have sent me a confirmation/receipt. But they did not.
May 9 - I called and was told they have too much to do and there maybe delays. Only opened files up to April 27. My file was not yet in the system
May 11 - IQAS sent me confirmation of receipt of both application and academic files.

Our timeline is really similar. I think you will receive your acknowledgement pretty soon. However, the ECA I am still waiting for...no idea how long it's gonna take

the responders here. I have already called them on three different dates and except for the politely conversation, there was nothing about their customer service that was helpful or deserved any praise. They couldn't even bother looking it up in the system with my application ID until I had to press it really hard.

As @indoparis confirmed, they have some bug in their system and unable to retrieve old reports .....

Lucky you, my AOR is sept 13th my status is still assessing

I got AOR 2 mail on 19th Sept but in IQAS profile application recieved is showing as 13 sept. I dont know which one to consider but yes status just got updated. Hold tight yours will be updated soon.

Please update once there is a change in the status or if you get ECA as I have the same status with AOR 19th October and I am not expecting ECA anytime before Feb 2019, it will help understand us their timeline process.
