Hello all, I have asked to provide my bank statement on Dec 20 2017, which shows my payroll deposit. On the same day, my bg status changed from NA2 to IP1. I submitted additional document on the next day, and after that the status of my additional documents changed to "your additional documents have been received". After that, nothing change on my application. Is this normal? As I know, most people will change to IP2 from NA2. Anyone has the same experience? Big appreciation!

Do you get wrong something? Normally NA1 to IP1, not NA2 to IP1.
Depend on case by case, it maybe takes one day to several days for IP (IP1 or IP2) step.

I don't know why my case is so strange. After my medical passed on Oct 4th, my background status went to "not applicable" (NA2). Last month, I was asked to provide the proof of my income on my bank statement. When I uploaded the additional documents, I saw my background check went to IP1 again.

OK. Understood. It was still NA1 at the time you got medical passed. Now you are in IP1 and you still not reach NA2.
Keep patient. all the best to you soon.
