Stuck at ip1

BG changed in progress from not applicable same day 17 April 2018.
It has been almost 20 days still it is in progress.means same BG status.
I read many times that it takes only few hours to become na2 from ip1

Staying on IP1 for 20 days is not being stuck! Have some patience and let them do the processing.

Could you please tell me maximum how many days it take to become na2.
Infact i am a bit worried bcz my case is a simple one with no travel history and all documents like PCC etc already submitted.
