I'm trying for three hours and I get the same result every time "Sorry, we couldn't create an invitation code ....". Does anybody know what is going on there? Thank you in advance

Since there is a new IRCC portal to submit an application for visitor visa, I am unable to create the account as its asking for Invite Code.
