Invalidated Citizenship Test

Hi All,
I am an August 2022 applicant, I gave the test in February and never got any status updated for test or anything else. Customer care tells my test is invalidated however; they don’t know when it would be scheduled..
Anyone with similar situation of test being invalidated..
Primary Office: Sydney
Secondary Office: Scarborough (they scheduled the test)

I am stuck on the process with no update, could someone please help what steps can I take.. This wait time is frustrating, I dont know why my test was invalidated when I passed it.. Please someone suggest me my options.. Thanks!

Did you try emailing to your processing office or email address where you got your test invite from?

Thanks for your response.
Yes, I do email them every week-10 days as I am not hearing any response. Also, I requested for GCMS notes on 16 May, again no response. I dont know what are my options here, it's already more than 4 months since I gave my test.
Would you be able to suggest anything in my situation? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any other options other than these. Hopefully you will get some updates soon.

please share timeline, I have been waiting for 4.5 months for the retest invitation.

also, by any chance do you know the reason for invalid results?? I am kept in dark for that too.

You can call IRCC. Maybe the agent can check in the system.

I have already called them, they dont see any reason mentioned on the file. Also, I applied for GCMS notes in May however; didnt get them yet. I dont know if I can try anything else to know what and why.

I am in a similar situation, not sure why it ws invalidated. How were your next steps, i see that you were successfull after. did you have the interview ?
