I have a Family citizenship application including myself and my wife as applicants. We both gave our citizenship test on 18th February, my wife's test status updated in tracker on 20th February as Completed. My test status still shows as Pending (I scored 19 on test).
After a wait of almost 3 months, today I called the IRCC care, they checked the application and told me that there are notes that I would need to do the test again. There is no reason mentioned and it doesnt say when or how to take the test again (as in person or online).
I have following 2 questions:
1. Do you know why do they request for a re-test when you passed the first one. I am confused and this is delaying the application overall. I dont know how much of delay can this cause.
2. When can I expect the re-test notification? My processing center is Scarborough. Would the re-test be online or in person, what are the chances?

It does not hurt to email SCR (Scarborough) directly especially since you said its been a while and just ask them why its not marked as completed a staus update, they might just send a very generic email, but it is worth ending them an email anyways.
Today I passed my exam 17/20. However, mistakenly I forget to capture my PR card and istead of I only took face picture twice. What should I do now? Or what would be the consequence? Should I inform IIRC and how?
