Intra Company Visa From CHC New Delhi.

All,

Its been 2 months since i have submitted my passport for an intra company transfer visa to CHC New Delhi. I have submitted my passports along with my dependent spouse and medicals ( its for 1 yr and so medicals were sent along). There has been no communication on this yet. I have sent 2-3 mails to the embassy in new delhi and nothing answered.

Do i presume that its a rejection ? Or by sending mail every week can i expect some progress in the visa processing. Any experiences and suggestion in this regard would help.

If Yes, could you share your time line at that time.

How long it took to get the reply from CHC and how was the experience.

I couldnt find any other example in this forum. Please share some information.
