I have checked on malaysia CIC office applicants on trackitt, they recieve interview date before than their medicals. as i recieved medicals request but not interview does it means that my interview is wavied...
 
yes, i hve seen lots of cases where interview is waived if medicals were sent .

but even then IO reserves the right to call for an interview anytime.
