I am hiring a live in caregiver from outside Canada, She is my cousin nanny and i saw her how she interact with her kid and my kid and I am in the process of hiring her, my question is what is the question ask during an interview to get her working visa?
Both websites have a lot of information. Canadian Nanny has a guide for the LMO application and a guide on how to hire a nanny. Both also have samples of work contracts, which your nanny must submit with her application for work permit (which I'm sure you know).
However, I wouldn't sign up on either site to advertise the job. Do that on Kijiji, which is free.
I've done all of those, got positive LMO and she is now applying for CAQ (for Quebec province), she is just a bit worry about the interview question from Canadian Embassy since she still working with my cousin and have no time to go to caregiver class as my cousin still need her to care for her child in full time basis and there is no evening class to take.
