VO told me to flip the pages and stop when I said. He was looking into my files very carefully. I was flipping pages very slowly.

So when he have doubts/ concern in any doc he stopped me and ask questions.

When my education dox comes he told me to pass them through the window. He saw my education dox and returned my back after review.

Buddy I will be taking this folder and I think this is the best one. As you will be carrying bunch of files with you and originals so better to keep every document in separate cover and all fixed in big file.

I was also thinking about this one...but Miqbalkh said that he was flipping pages and VO was looking at them and stopped him whenever he wanted to see the doc...I think he used plastic sheet protectors and placed it in a ring folder..

Did you take original educational documents for your wife as well?

Actually my wife's education is not higher then higher secondary so no need for her educational documents.
In your case looks like you have to took her originals.

What ever you chose you should feel comfortable with that, more over with this file also you can flip the pages like reading a book.

Thats true...
make sure you can flip the pages... VO will looking at your folder and will stop you if he have any question.
make sure the page flipping is easy in the folder.

Do we forward the VO all the requested documents? should I put all the requested docs in one folder and originals in other one or better to keep them both inline?

...... you are stuck at folder do not worry what every folder is what documents visa officer need to view he asked you to handover do not worry .....in my case i myself offered him he said no im happy with you documents and do not have any concern ......so one of friend he ask please provide your experience letters fine he pull letter from folder and handed over to him through window ......only one thing remember you have to line up doc according to their request ...in letter.......

Actually I took two folders.

1) Originals + Dox required to VO.
2) Supporting Dox folder

1st folder

Originals of education
new experience letter
latest job offer from employer (I asked my employer to issue me latest offer letter, the old one was in the supporting dox folder)
latest resume.
bank stmt
latest dox from relative in Canada.


2nd folder:
-----------------
Print outs for emails that are send by me while search job, contacting employer and concordance between myself and employer.
print outs of my old experience letters, old resume, some other files related to my case.

Prepare 2 folder's one folder main one for all of the requested documents as per the check list, remember to place the docs in this folder in sequence as per the cheek list.

2nd folder to carry any additional document, which you wish to carry with you except you grocery bills LOL
