Interviews at Visa Offices are always recorded , and before arriving at critical decision , it is reviewed by a senior.
This happened in my case in 2007 , when I appeared for Business visa at Embassy of Finland in Pakistan . After my interview I received a call from Visa Officer to clarify certain point , and she responded that 'She will double check with recording that they have" ,
I am sure you will be blessed , in case of any negative result , straight away hire a reputed lawyer , and go for judicial review. Visa Offices are bound to present evidence before court
Sad news, need suggestions plz.....after waiting so long ,Today i received mail through my loywer after one year of my interview call & LVO rejected my case with the reason that there investigation team found that my work place which i mentioned in my papers is fake which is not true and they have given me 30 days time to reply them.finally they said that i don't fulfill their requirements.....i m surprised and up set , any suggestion.
Dear please dont take stress, I was interviewed in june 2013 and it was exactly as you have mentioned the case. Exactly! in the end the VO said i will hear from him in 4 working weeks and it has been more then 8 months now that i havent heared anything. relax u will hear something good. you will given a fair timeline in either case to explain.
I was wondering how random are these interview calls. I dont think they are random looking at the percentage of interviews being called. I am only talking about London VO. There are 12 London VO applicants in the spread sheet under NOC 1112. 10 have been called for interview. 83 % till now.. !!!!! same for NOC 2174. 8/10 applicants have been called for an interview... 80% .. such high rate of interviews dont potray a random selection. Seems like they are interviewing everyone!!!! one by one!!!
In my humble opinion, according to the responses from people who attended interviews, it appears that if your reference letter only lists your responsibilities then the VO would want to know more about your day-to-day duties vis-s-vis the JD for the NOC you are applying under. I would think that you should be able to demonstrate that your daily job duties matches the NOC and be able to back them with examples.
I might be wrong but that is my little contribution to the debate.

Guys dont worry, the VO is just querying about your Job Duties. My interview lasts for approximately 25 minutes and his total focus is on JD. Be confident, go through the job duties of NOC. He will ask you about your daily job routine, and how many ppl work in your company/department. In short His total focus is on Job, nothing else. and he checked original degree and Experience letter etc. Be GOD with all of you. Thankyou very much for your support guys.

Thanks to Allah, I also passed the interview. As mentioned by some other mates, the VO's main focus is to confirms matching of your listed duties and day-to-day routines. He will ask you give examples on your duties and to walk through the process of your work. The interview took me about 30 min. The VO also checked the Forms, Education certificates, Reference Letters, etc.
If you are genuine, you will pass. But, overall it is very stressful for me as it is your life-turning milestone.

saleem bhai im worried to read above post .....the same visa officer said to you that it would take time to make decision now we do not know how much time he will.........
okk so after 8 months u got rejection email, so long and what did they said in the email that ur job description does not match with ur NOC or what was the explanation of rejection
