Yup it was strange but there are many other people who are called for interview after medical and one of them has been cleared interview but after debate of 1 hours almost..........
You need to submit the result...as soon as I get the results I would ask you to pay visa fees...and we will issue you the visa which will be valid for 10 months... (February next year, he explicitly said it)..you would be required to go to Canada and get your PR....I am certain that you need to come back in order to close you affairs and move permanently...in the end he once again said you were picked randomly for the interview and came a long way....I only said my pleasure...fina

5) Mention your Job description as your Job "RESPONSIBILITIES" (You should speaking like you are responsible for the work you do...not just work)
6) Ask further process in the end, general question to fetch some info when you are sure you have done a good job.

In Dubai or Abu Dhabi? Canadian Embassy works only from Abu Dhabi.
2ndly, as VO mentioned they come twice a year to Abu Dhabi to conduct interviews...so now they are conducting here in Abu Dhabi and next month they will do interviews in London and then will they come again to Abu Dhabi to start another round.... : ??

Mainly these guys want to prove the Job Description is match with NOC code or not.
So better that you should visit NOC site and explain exact job responsibilities and by using particularly words mentioned on the website.
So in this way you will not give him a chance to reject you based on JD mismatch.

current designation and jD Sr. Financial Analyst
I was rejected in today interview on grounds that I do not fit in NOC code 1112. The interview was thoroughly technical, I was getting a feeling whether this was a immigration or job interview. I was asked generic questions like
a.developing debt portfolio risk profile
b. capital management and risk involved
Mr. Saeed view above a person Xp4come is qualified in interview for same NOC im not agree what are you saying that from Pakistan no one can get through .......Xp4com is from Karachi......
