It would be nice to see not any specific reason for the interview then we can assume it could be just random picks or NOC related but not something specific related to the app or any information provided.

I don't think that majority of NDVO, CPP-O, Paris VO etc. applicants submitted geniune documents along with their applications while majority of LVO applicants submitted fake documents along with their applications, therefore majority of LVO applicants are being called for interview. It is just procedure of LVO in which random applicants are being picked up for interview call/quality check.

But the strange thing is that random picks only for 2174 and 1112 only, so far no one form 2174 has received MR so far all of them have been called for interview.

I can understand your point and I am also confused these days that the percentage of random picks exceeds from the standard quality check percentage. The only reason for NOC 1112 and 2174 could be that these were fast filling NOCs and most of the applications recieved in May were from these two and couple of other NOCs. Due to this high percentage picks, I have fear to see third wave of interviews in April at Abu Dhabi and 4th wave of interviews in May at London; I wish I could be wrong.

This is not at all a case.
VO's for NDVO, Paris etc. are only responsible for the countries and can easily verify work related certificates whereas LVO is handling multiple countries and it is difficult for them to go back and verify experience certificates. Thus interview requests are being issued to defend our stance and claim.
