as discussed earlier... they have 2 issues with the AEO applicants.....how you got the job... how you will be able to do that...
applicants without AEO.... there is nothing to worry about... just prepare the section.. how you will be able to settle and find the job there....

in my case he just focused why you ...there are many canadian qualified people in Canada but i told him for what i applied people do not stay long on this and im commited with my employer to work as long as possible .....
keep in mind one thing he asked you question and then type and after 2 or 3 question he asked the same question when you replied he view his screen and come back to you
after couple of days your 2nd line will be appear now... hahahahah we reviewed an started processing on 16th feb ....

actually im worried he did not even bother to view my documents like education experience letters than why they ask to bring such things...i myself offer him to do you like to view my documents he said no im happy with your documents .......if you ask me what in past we have view interviews of different people they ask every thing to find out result ........but in my case he did not ask any thing just current and future employment ...any thank God interview has been happened and now im free from this and enough relaxed .......

Since they are more concern about the current and prospective employmen therefore they inquire about tht only. Also english language and educational documents are already evaluated and verified by IELTS and WES respectively.
Hence we should all be expecting bunch of questions related to current job role etc.
There is one morethng tht Ali's case was bit different as he has a job offer from Canada.
Us will be different. Let anybody else appear for the interview with similar situation as ours i.e. FSWP without job offer.
for those who does not have job offer .......i may evaluate ....visa officer must ask you about the area where you wish to live and what is living cost there and employment opportunity there and per hour wages ......and you must focus on these things you know population of the province where you wish to settle .....and you may asked if you will be unemployed how would you survive there .....and why you wish to live in Canada ...this over view i hope he will remain in this area for you ......
