Need help for applying GCMS through someone in Canada

Do I need to email my receipt to Ottawa office as mentioned din this link or do we just need to email it to atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca

Yes, i will do online only.
I will swipe my CC for the fees.
One last thing in form IMM5563E under requester's information email address section. I can use mine right not a problem, to get the GCMS.
As how come they know whether its my email address or my relatives.

My friend need an expert advice on filling “Additional Family Information Form".

His concern is ;

When his spouse will fill her form , will she enter her details in "Applicant" column , and her husbands details in Spouse Column. / or she will be filling her details in Spouse Column , and her husband ,(Principal Applicant) details in Applicant Column , followed by her parents information , and her brother and sisters information in following sections.
My cousin / has confusion that since he is the Principal Applicant , and his name is supposed to be mentioned in Applicant Column.

I am looking forward for your advice through return mail.

Actually this is really confidential and most of people do not want to share their time and date if you observe in past post everyone saying in third week of feb like but everyone is promised as he will get the interview he will come to forum right after interview will express the details so i think its enough ........
